  • When asked by the stakeholder, provide information that can be derived from the system
  • Document each and every query raised by the query in the ticket management system
  • Seek primary information needed to resolve the query from the stakeholder and document the information accurately in the ticket management tool
  • Escalate all unresolved queries to Service Desk Executive L2
  • Close all the resolved tickets if not closed by the stakeholder within the agreed timeline
