        Assess queries or issues escalated by the Service Desk Executive - L1
        Reach out to stakeholders for additional information, if required
        Resolve queries or escalate unresolved queries to the team leads for guidance
        Coordinate with processing teams to resolve queries and issues
. Provide query resolution to the stakeholders over email or call.
