Join Lupin Limited's dynamic Corporate HR Operations team based in Mumbai as an integral part of our People Services department. This role involves comprehensive management of the employee life cycle, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience from onboarding to offboarding. You'll maintain and safeguard employee records and HR databases with utmost confidentiality and precision, supporting a transparent and compliant work environment.

 

Key responsibilities also include coordinating payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management closely with the Payroll team, thus ensuring timely and accurate compensation processes. You will support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, facilitating clear communication across the organization, and assist in conducting audits to uphold operational excellence and compliance.

 

As a pivotal contact point for employee queries related to HR operations, you will foster a supportive and responsive environment that promotes engagement and effective resolution of issues. Your analytical skills will be utilized to prepare detailed HR reports and metrics, providing senior management with insightful data on attrition rates, headcount, and leave trends, helping to guide strategic decision-making.

 

Collaboration is at the heart of this role, requiring close partnership with cross-functional teams such as Payroll, Finance, HR Technology, and IT. Work Experience

  • Applicants should possess between 2 to 5 years of proven experience in Human Resources operations or related fields, demonstrating expertise in employee lifecycle management, HR policy implementation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Previous exposure to HR metrics reporting and handling audits will be highly advantageous.
