Job Description

• Plan and deliver training programs for Medical Representatives on product knowledge, therapy areas, and sales skills.
• Ensure strong understanding of product portfolios, clinical data, and competitive positioning across the field force.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, and Compliance teams to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with regulatory standards.
• Track training effectiveness, gather feedback, and support reporting on key metrics such as field performance, knowledge retention, and program participation.
