Job Description
Primary Accountabilities:
• Lead and direct all marketing activities for the assigned brand or business, including P&L responsibility, to achieve volume, organic growth, market share and profit objectives in line with the overall business priorities.
• Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to brand positioning and tactical activities for existing brands, and from pre-launch to launch for the new brands.·
• Develop comprehensive promotional programs to help establish brand awareness or brand equity, increase Rx share and sustainable growth.
• Manage the development, monitoring and coordination of promotional budget spending.
• Assess the relevance and value of marketing initiatives and drive improved return on investment·
• Establish market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research, insights-gathering with KOLs and strategic analysis of external and internal data.
• Analyze potential partner relationships for the product.
• Ensure that the sales team are equipped with the necessary knowledge and technical expertise to enable them to promote the product. This involves cascade of communication strategies, brand positioning and promotional materials as well as disease and product training.
• Analyze and track brand performance and evaluate promotion effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities whenever necessary·
• Act as point of first reference for all product-related inquiries and work collaboratively with the sales force, marketing colleagues, supply chain, key accounts team, regulatory, artists and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to address any concern that may arise.
• Conduct regular field work to support sales force training and ensure engagements with KOLs.
Qualification:
⦁ Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Communication or any 4-year related course
⦁ Acquired degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Operations or Management Course
⦁ Minimum of 3 to 5 years pharmaceuticals sales experience
⦁ With proven track record in meeting sales targets and achieving sales growth
⦁ Operations Management and Execution

⦁ Good communication (oral and written) and analytical skills
⦁ Customer orientation and interpersonal skills
