Job Description
- To ensure 100% of zonal Sales Target month after month by organizing the efforts of the team i.e. RSMs/AMs/MEs etc.
- To develop RSMs/AMs/Reps/MEs in their present jobs as well as equip them to assume greater managerial responsibilities.
- To study and analyze the market data provided by HO, and the basis that assists the team RSMs/ AMs in preparing their action Plan
- To design and ensure implementation of the Action Plan.
- To assign challenging but achievable objectives to RSMs/ AMs.
- To review reports on sales and activities and compare them with the planned activities to ensure the achievement of results.
- To make frequent and regular trips on a planned basis to the RSMs/ AMs territory for counseling and guiding them.
- To plan and conduct periodic sales meetings with the purpose of educating, training, and motivating field personnel in the zone.
- To ensure vacancies in the zone should be filled with timely and adequate manning should be maintained at any given time.
- To control expenses and costs within the zone, approve expenses of the team and aid in building/operating budgets and functioning within them.
- To see that all authorized policies, programs and instructions are put in effect and carried out in all field territories.
- To review the team reports and to counsel, assist and direct them as required.
- To report to NSM/ Division Head, every month, on zonal achievement of sales, sales trends, and competitors' activities within the Zone.
- To coordinate with the marketing team regularly and ensure proper implementation of the marketing strategies and update them on competitors information and activities.
- Explain why part first to the team before asking them to execute any task / strategy.
- Maintain health and hygiene of the business and provide conducive environment to the team.
Work Experience
Overall 14 -15 Years, Minimum 2 years of experience as a Third line manager
