Job Description

1       Ideation & Insight Generation: Design and coordinate focus groups with healthcare professionals, patients, and key stakeholders to gather qualitative and quantitative insights. Facilitate ideation sessions (e.g., Design Thinking workshops) to identify innovative product concepts, market approaches, and value propositions. Collaborate with R&D, Medical Affairs, and academia to identify new molecules, novel formulations, or emerging technologies with therapeutic potential. Translate outputs from focus groups, ideation workshops, and scientific scouting into preliminary business case hypothes.

2. Business Case Development & Assumption Tracking: Build the initial business case including market sizing, Right to Win, price/volume assumptions, and preliminary revenue forecasts. Integrate early technical, regulatory, and quality feasibility inputs into the business case. Establish assumption tracking to capture and update key variables (market size, pricing, timelines, cost drivers) as new data emerges. Continuously refine financial projections and strategic rationale from ideation through to launch readiness.

3. Maintain alignment with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Regulatory, Quality, R&D, Medical) to adjust forecasts, timelines, and cost structures through launch preparation. Provide regular executive updates highlighting changes in assumptions, risks, and mitigation plans.
