Job Description
Primary Accountabilities :
• Drive prescription generation and product demand within the assigned territory
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales and call targets and KPIs for the assigned territory.
• Execute brand strategies, promotional campaigns, and product launches as directed by management.
• Effectively communicate products features, benefits, clinical data and competitive positioning.
• Develop and implement territory business plans to maximize coverage and productivity.
• Ensure optimal call frequency and coverage of target doctors and accounts.
• Identify growth opportunities within the territory, including new prescribers and institutions.
• Maintain accurate customer segmentation and targeting.
• Build and sustain long-term professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Maintain strong knowledge of assigned products, disease areas, and competitors.
• Attend product training, medical updates, and sales meetings as required.
Qualification:
⦁Candidate must be a Bachelor’s/College Degree graduate. Preferably medical, business or marketing courses
⦁Good in negotiation and client-relationship building
⦁With excellent verbal and communication skills
⦁With at least one(1) year related experience
⦁Self-driven person, confident and willing to be trained
⦁Results focused and adaptable to change
⦁Interested in pursuing a career in sales and in doing field work
⦁Willing to be assigned in specific area
