Job Description

  • Handle complaints related to
    • MDI & DPI devices
    • Dermal formulations
    • Nasal sprays  
  • Categorize complaints (quality defect, device malfunction, adverse event, packaging, labeling).
  • Conduct complaint investigations including batch record review, device evaluation, and retention sample review.
  • Perform root cause analysis and initiate CAPA.
  •  Perform complaint trend analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with CFT teams.
  • Support audits, product recalls, and field corrective actions when required.
  • Strong investigation and documentation skills
  • Understanding of regulatory and vigilance requirements
  •  Good communication and analytical abilities

Work Experience

1–5 years in market complaints, QA.
Experience in inhalation or topical dosage forms preferred

Education

Graduation in Pharmacy or Pharmacy
Masters in Pharmacy or Pharmacy
