Trainee Executive Associate – Warehouse

Job Description

1. To maintain cGMP records as per SOPs and to follow cGMP practices at Warehouse.
2. To ensure the cleanliness of warehouse areas and equipment as per SOPs/ EOPs and to maintain records.
3. Receipt of incoming raw materials, packaging materials and consumables, preparation of GRNs and TO confirmation.
4. Cleaning ,Calibration and verification of weighing balances
5. To monitor the temperature, relative humidity and differential pressures.
6. Preparation and attending to various audits conducted by Internal & External Auditors.
7. Operation and cleaning of passbox and de-dusting tunnels
8.  To take follow ups with Purchase, QC and QA departments to resolve and discuss vendor complaints and PO related problems.
9. To ensure the cleanliness and neatness in warehouse areas.
10. Initiate discrepancy/vendor complaints for the discrepancies observed during receipt of material.
11.  To ensure strict compliances of EHS guidelines and to maintain safe work environment in the department.
12. To make the e-log entries and SAP entries.
