Trainee Officer – Warehouse

Job Description

1. To maintain cGMP records as per the SOPs and to follow cGMP practices at Warehouse.
2. To ensure the cleanliness of warehouse areas (CNC and Grade D) and all equipment as per SOPs/ EOPs.
3.  To perform dispensing of raw materials including solvents and acids as per the user’s requirement / process orders / reservations.
4. To operate, reverse laminar air flow units, weighing balances, walk in cold rooms, freezers, dynamic pass boxes.
5. To perform the SAP transactions and to use the WiND system while dispensing.
6. To follow the good documentation practices at all times as per SOP.
7. To perform the e-log entries for areas equipment as per the requirements.
8. Transfer of all dispensed materials as per the storage conditions to the users / production by following the defined procedure.
9. To perform, calibration and verification of weighing balances in warehouse areas.
10. To perform the periodic physical stock verification and to escalate the difference to reporting manager and head of the department.
11. To ensure the proper segregation and storage of materials as per storage type and conditions.
12. To perform stock reconciliation as and when required.
13.  To always maintain the dispensing tools and accessories neat and clean and with proper labelling and segregation.
14. To perform the cold chain packaging and maintain the cold chain boxes and cool packs as per SOP.
15. To complete the training on time and ensure the current training on the SOPs/ EOPs.  
16. To maintain the personal hygiene and cleanliness and follow the gowning procedure.
17. To coordinate with cross functional teams as and when required to perform the routine activity.
18. To report the observed deviations /discrepancies immediately to the supervisor and head of the department during the operations.
19. To operate the mobile compactor racks and maintain the cleaning including pallets.
20. To comply with the current & subsequent EHS management system, procedures, guidelines, policy, practices, requirements, and applicable legal compliances on site
