Job Description
1. Implement document digitization processes for Legal and key areas.
2. Support the management of the contract lifecycle (creation, review, signing, storage, and renewal).
3. Identify opportunities for automation and improvement in administrative and legal processes.
4. Manage digital repositories, ensuring order, accessibility, and compliance.
5. Implement technological tools (CLM, electronic signatures, workflows) according to the strategy established by the Legal Department.
6. Standardize formats, templates, and approval workflows for contracts and documents.
7. Provide support to internal areas in the proper management of documents in terms of tools.
8. Monitor efficiency indicators (signing times, SLAs, contract volume, etc.).
9. Support compliance with information security and audit policies. 10. Coordinate with stakeholders to map and optimize current processes in terms of document digitization and organization.
11. Train internal users on digitization tools and processes.
12. Monitor contract expirations and key obligations.
13. Generate reports and provide visibility into the status of the document lifecycle.
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field
Additional skills: Process digitization, document management, automation, legal tech (Desirable)

Minimum 1 year of experience in:
• Document management / contracts
• Administrative processes or continuous improvement
• Implementation of digital tools
Desirable experience in:
• Legal tech
• CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management)
• Cross-functional projects
