Job Description
One of your main responsibilities will be suggested purchases by SKU/store, inventory distribution by SKU/store, and account consolidation by model. Seasonality analysis.
• Sell-in and sell-out statistics
• Identify opportunities and exceptions in the forecast.
• Sales/CPFR forecast for sell-out.
• Sales/CPFR forecast for sell-in.
• Demand Planning forecast input.
• Accuracy of actual sell-out versus statistical forecast and sales forecast (forecast accuracy).
• Establishing target percentage of in-stock at the account/category level.
• Defining scope.
• Analyzing item/store combinations to ensure optimal in-stock levels.
• Creating suggested purchases by item/store.
• Achievement of target % Instock 7 days (14 days for 15-day orders). Review of product availability for purchase orders (replenishable items). • Replenishment proposal. • Follow-up on the generation of replenishment purchase orders. • Support with purchases due to delays in purchase order placement. • Communication of purchase orders for replenishable items. • Validation of the correct flow of purchase orders. • Changes due to errors in barcodes/prices. • Validation of purchase order distribution (Distribution by purchase order/store/product) (all products). • Provide internal visibility of the preliminary weekly % Fill Rate. • Follow-up on the actual % Fill Rate with the client. • Scorecards • JBP Dashboard • Consolidated historical sell-out for the last 3-4 years • Suggested purchase and distribution. • Download SUPPLY PLAN – Client Portals • Tracking of indicators (overdemand or (On demand) · Management of pharmacy chain portals and/or assigned clients · Meetings are held with sales and demand planning to provide visibility of stock levels and ensure proper supply and forecast accuracy · Review product coverage for the month +1 · Provide visibility of expected purchase orders (forecast sell-in) for the month · Identify risks according to the new sales forecast · Provide visibility of orders placed by clients
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a degree program in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Actuarial Science. Advanced Excel courses required.
2 years of experience as a CPFR or data analyst.
Sales experience required.
Competencies
