Job Description
· Development, implementation, and monitoring of marketing plans for each of the franchises under their responsibility.
· Execute and control the action plans that have been established in the marketing strategies effectively and timely to support sales achievement.
· Coordinate and lead the launch of new products.
· Responsible for preparing sales forecasts.
· Responsible for managing and ensuring the profitability of promotional investments.
· Build successful relationships with KOLs and Medical Societies.
· Develop comprehensive advertising and promotional campaigns to support the sales force in promoting products to communicate the messages established in the strategies.
· Monitor and analyze monthly IMS, ATV, and Close-up reports.
· Conduct fieldwork to identify market opportunities that help improve both marketing materials and actions, as well as provide feedback on the implementation of the marketing strategy to the Sales Management.
· Participation in medical events and coordination of congresses.
