Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive individual to support strategic and field-driven business projects. The role involves data analysis, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and on-ground validation of strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1.       Data & Insights

1. • Analyze datasets to generate insights for business decisions.
   • Perform data cleaning, validation, and maintenance.
   • Build dashboards and trackers to monitor key performance metrics.
   • Conduct competitive benchmarking and performance comparisons.

2.       Stakeholder Management

2. • Understand therapy-level requirements and align project objectives.
   • Coordinate with Marketing Head, BU Head, and field teams.
   • Conduct meetings with HO and field leadership to track progress and resolve issues.

3.       Field Strategy Validation

3. • Visit field locations once a month to understand working models and validate implementation.

4.       Reporting & Presentations

4. • - Prepare concise, leadership-ready reports and presentations using Advanced Excel and Advanced PowerPoint.

What We’re Looking For

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Advanced Excel (dashboards, pivots, formulas) and PowerPoint (storytelling and visuals).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to take ownership of responsibilities.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for learning and problem-solving.

Work Experience

- 0–2 years of experience (freshers encouraged to apply)
