AdministrationManage office operations: stationery, pantry, courier, documentation, and front office.Support HR with onboarding/offboarding (desk setup, access cards).Handle procurement, vendor coordination, and inventory control.Maintain expense records, petty cash, and assist with budgeting.2. HousekeepingSupervise housekeeping staff and ensure daily cleanliness of all office areas.Conduct hygiene audits, maintain checklists, and ensure material availability.Prepare housekeeping schedules and ensure quality control.3. Facility ManagementOversee building maintenance, repairs, AMC services, and preventive maintenance.Manage security systems, access control, visitor management, and safety compliance.Maintain asset registers, seating plans, and ensure optimal space utilization.4. Tech-Savvy ResponsibilitiesUse MS Office, facility/ticketing tools, and digital dashboards for reporting.Manage digital workflows for inventory, complaints, and vendor tracking.
