Job Overview

The Senior Executive – Strategic Manufacturing Projects will be responsible for leading and managing cost‑saving programs across manufacturing sites. This role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and delivering sustainable cost‑reduction initiatives while maintaining quality, compliance, and operational efficiency. The position works closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive measurable financial and operational impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end cost‑saving programs across GPO, GSCO, manufacturing, and operations
• Develop business cases, track savings, and ensure realization of targeted financial benefits
• Collaborate with finance team, procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams to implement initiatives and calculate accrued sustainable savings
• Monitor project milestones, risks, and performance metrics to ensure on‑time delivery
• Support strategic manufacturing projects aligned with organizational objectives
• Prepare management reports, dashboards Minutes of meetings, and presentations for senior leadership
• Drive continuous improvement mindset across manufacturing operations

Work Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in business finance, cost optimization, manufacturing operations or strategic projects
• Demonstrated success in delivering cost‑saving or operational excellence initiatives
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams
