Job Description
1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning
- Develop the annual marketing plan for the Humrahi program aligned with the Diabetes/Chronic Therapy business strategy.
- Define brand positioning, messaging, and communication frameworks for Humrahi across patient and HCP touchpoints.
- Lead strategic planning for patient experience–led brand differentiation.
2. Patient Engagement & Program Development
- Design end‑to‑end patient engagement journeys tailored to India’s diabetes management challenges.
- Conceptualize new value‑added services, content modules, and patient‑centric initiatives to enhance adherence and outcomes.
- Oversee development of training content for Diabetes Educators to ensure consistency of brand and medical messaging.
3. Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Drive the digital transformation of Humrahi through mobile apps, CRM platforms, patient portals, and automated communication journeys.
- Partner with data teams to build dashboards, engagement funnels, and ROI analytics for all marketing interventions.
- Use insights to optimize campaigns, personalize patient engagement, and refine DE deployment strategies.
4. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Create integrated marketing campaigns (digital + on‑ground + in‑clinic) to strengthen Humrahi visibility among patients and HCPs.
- Develop content for educational materials, awareness campaigns, and behavioural‑change programs.
- Ensure execution consistency across regions through robust campaign toolkits.
5. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with therapy area marketing managers to align Humrahi messaging with core brand strategy.
- Partner with medical affairs to ensure scientific accuracy of content and patient education.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to deploy Humrahi assets effectively across key geographies.
- Engage with external ecosystem partners (clinics, hospitals, digital health platforms) to expand program reach.
6. Performance Monitoring & Insights Generation
- Track key marketing KPIs including patient acquisition, engagement, satisfaction, digital activation, and retention.
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative patient data to inform continuous improvement.
- Conduct quarterly program reviews with leadership to showcase impact and future opportunities.
7. Team Leadership (Marketing Function)
- Lead a team of marketing managers/executives supporting Humrahi program initiatives.
- Provide strategic guidance to ensure creative excellence and flawless execution.
- Foster a culture of innovation, insight‑driven decision making, and patient‑centric thinking.
Work Experience
10–15+ years of experience in healthcare/Pharma marketing, patient engagement, digital marketing, or chronic therapy programs
