Sr. Manager - Infotech (LIMS )

A) Job description:-
1. Application Management: - Leading Quality Assurance & Laboratory Applications software implementation at all Manufacturing sites.
- Leading Enterprise and site-specific software new implementations, upgrade and support of existing applications.
- Key applications (But not limited to) to be supported are - Processes & Instruments connected software.
Labware - Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
Calibre & Trackwise - QAMS (Quality Assurance Management System)
Biovia - Electronic Document Management System (eDMS)
Chromoleon - Chromatography Data Management System.
Lab Solution - UV & IR machine controlling software.
Standalone Instrument connected Laboratory software.
Minitab & Data Analytics software

- Handling Applications: Providing SME support, Applications repeated issue management, System integration challenges, Change management & Escalation management.
- Work with teams for applications projects implementation and participate in the blueprinting, development and rollout of applications software
- Ensure standard and harmonized Applications practices & processes are implemented by co-ordination with corporate teams, site IT teams and other manufacturing sites.
- Work with Business Process Owners, Site IT and Corporate IT teams to firm up business requirements and develop solution architecture and project plans.
- Leverage existing applications, systems and processes.
- Setup application & interface standard, guideline and checklist for various teams.
- Ensure Business and IT user base is effectively trained and positioned to use all available applications functionalities.

2. Project Management :-
- Prepare & timely execute Quality application roadmap.
- Handle Quality Applications projects implementation, rollout plan and ensure execution as per agreed timelines.

3. People Management.
- Regular connect on Project progress, Utilization, Benefits with Business leadership teams & stakeholders.
- Coordinate & build good working relations with Quality, Production, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Site IT operations team.
- Manage vendors / partners / support teams.

B) Relevant work experience - 10 to 20 Years.

C) Education Qualification - B.E. / B. Tech / BCA / MCA.
