Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Jr. Occupational therapist to join our therapy team. The candidate will assist in evaluating, planning and implemting therapy programs to help patients improve their functional abilities and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in assessing patients physical and functional needs.
2. Support the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
3. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
4. Maintain accurate treatment records and reports.
5. Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques, excersices and adaptive strategies.
6. Participate in team meetings, case discussions and training programs.
