Long Description
- Developing a product launch plan based on stakeholder input, with proposed deadlines and milestones for each team. Stakeholders are Sales & Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Process labs (PDL), Quality and Supply Chain.
- Communicating the plan to all participants and soliciting feedback to arrive at an agreed-upon strategy for a successful product launch
- Communicate with all stakeholders to discuss goals, timelines, deliverables, obstacles, and dependencies.
- Coordinating with all teams throughout the launch process to ensure everyone is on track—and helping when a team faces a challenge.
- Tracking everyone’s progress, meeting with all departments to learn if anyone is running into trouble, and holding all teams accountable for completing their tasks on time.
- Manage the delivery of Supply Chain (SC) implementations in support of new products or programs
- Evaluate project timelines and provide feedback to the respective units in terms of feasibility
- Manage deployment of production plans through engagement with cross-functional teams
- Interface with all operations required to ensure end-to-end delivery of Supply Chain functionality
- Lead various monthly reviews with different stakeholders across market and supply/site locations – PreNPL, NPL, PMR and SR for IBP governance
- Work with Supply Chain team to prepare longer-term plan / MTP incorporating all new products covering for all markets
This role scope is having influence on Global Supply Chain footprint for all Market units (US, Europe, APAC, LATAM, API Plus) and Manufacturing plant of FML and API

Qualifications, Education and skill Requirements
- Bachelors and MBA with minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in product management and / or product development and / or program management
- Demonstrate leadership qualities, flexibility and adaptability and an affinity to a fast paced work environment 6-8 years of experience having Advanced knowledge of Supply Chain processes in Manufacturing companies (e.g. FMCG, CPG, Pharma, Chemicals, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels within the Commercial and Supply organization
- Working knowledge of MS Office, SharePoint, Excel and SAP. Awareness of advanced planning solutions like Kinaxis and/or Program management will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally
