Executive - GSCM (Infotech Procurement)

A) Job description:-
1. Understanding the Software licensing & Hardware (Computers, networking, etc.) and associated services (support resources & consultants).
2. Good written and verbal English communication with advanced analytical skills (Excel)
3. Good knowledge of using Ariba Sourcing & Catalogue and SAP-Procurement process
4. Ability to handle independently Procure to Pay i.e. vendor identification, selection including technical discussions with IT Technical team, PR to PO conversion, tracking deliveries and finally Payments to Vendors
5. Handling & resolving taxation (GST - HSN, SAC/ TDS / TCS etc.) and accounting related queries.
6. Preparation of period reports (MIS) & presentations for management review.
7. Knowledge of Leasing of IT equipment desirable.
 
B) Relevant work experience - 3 Years.
 
C) Education Qualification - B.E. (Infotech) and /or Diploma (Purchase) with IT purchase experience MBA Desirable.
