Job Description

Role Overview:

Responsible for processing customer contracts/pricing & Membership in SAP/Vistex systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely updates.

Key Responsibilities:

1 - Enter and maintain pricing, contracts, and Membership in the system.

2 - Validate customer eligibility for discounts and pricing agreements.

3 - Support chargeback/claim resolution and price dispute checks.

4 - Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service teams for smooth operations.

5 - Prepare basic reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

Work Experience

Requirements:

1 - Experience in contract/pricing/AR or similar role (pharma preferred).

2 - Basic knowledge of ERP tools (SAP/Vistex).

3 - Attention to detail and good communication skills.
