Job Description

• Planning and Implementation: Develops and maintains the organization's MIS plan, including budget needs, operational requirements, and schedules. 
• System Management: Oversees the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems. 
• Data Management: Formulates and oversees the implementation of data management policies, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security. 
• Staff Management: Supervise and manage IT staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. 
• Process Improvement: Identifies and introduces process improvements to increase MIS efficiency. 
• Security and Compliance: Ensures data security and compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. 
• Budget Management: Manages the MIS budget and allocates resources effectively. 
• Reporting and Analysis: May generate reports and analyze data to support decision-making. 
• Technology Evaluation: Evaluates, selects, and implements hardware and software solutions to meet the organization's needs. 
• Vendor Management: Manages relationships with vendors and suppliers of IT hardware and software
