Job Description
Role Summary
We are seeking a high‑impact Procurement Strategy & Analytics professional to drive data‑led decision‑making, support category and sourcing strategies, and enable measurable value delivery across cost, risk, and compliance. This role will work closely with category leaders, finance, and senior stakeholders to translate procurement data into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Strategy & Value Enablement
- Support development and execution of category and sourcing strategies
- Identify and quantify value levers (cost reduction, cost avoidance, working capital, risk mitigation)
- Build should‑cost models, business cases, and negotiation support analytics
- Enable fact‑based sourcing and supplier negotiations
Analytics & Insights
- Deliver spend, savings, compliance, and supplier performance dashboards
- Conduct deep‑dive spend and pricing analyses across categories and regions
- Develop executive‑ready insights and recommendations
- Automate recurring reports and analytics workflows
Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner with Category Managers to embed analytics into sourcing decisions
- Collaborate with Finance on savings validation and benefit tracking
- Support leadership reviews, KPI governance, and strategic presentations
Digital, Process & Risk Enablement
- Support and optimize procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer)
- Improve data quality, governance, and reporting standards
- Support supplier risk, compliance, and ESG analytics
- Contribute to procurement transformation and maturity initiatives
Skills & Capabilities
Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and analytical modeling skills
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)
- Working knowledge of procurement platforms (SAP MM, Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer)
- Strong understanding of sourcing processes, contracts, and supplier economics

Work Experience
Experience
- 6–10 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Analytics, or Consulting
- Strong exposure to spend analytics, category strategy support, and savings tracking
- Experience in global, matrixed, or GPO environments preferred
