Job Description

JOB SUMMARY/OVERVIEW
The IT Custom SME is required to manage design, develop, deploy Lupin internal developments in any platforms of Lupin landscape like JAVA/ DotNet/ Mendix/ Power Apps etc. He should be well versed with newer Digital concepts and be able to contribute to the areas of Mobility.

Roles and Responsibilities
•    Architect, Design and Implement changes on custom platforms.
•    Lead discussions and design data models, process workflows and integrations
•    Actively Participate in Conceptual and Design sessions.
•    Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
•    Manage Sprints, Task allocation, conduct design review and manage delivery as per schedule
•    Conceptualize and plan migration of current platform and bring it at par with current market trends.
•    Create a solution framework and roadmap for existing solutions.
•    Continually seek opportunities to deepen relationship within Lupin end user groups
•    Manage the AMS consultants and review their delivery.
•    Should be able to mentor and guide all other team members.
•    Responsible for managing the execution of enhancements independently.
•    Should be able to participate in Functional solution designing. Analyze end-to-end requirements and offer     optimized solutions.
•    Identify change request and coordinate with change request/Project teams for on time delivery of the     change requests. 
•    Should be able to co-ordinate with various teams and actively participate in Unit testing, Integration     Testing and UAT phase.
•    Ensure End users are effectively trained and positioned to use all available system functionalities.
•    Leverage existing applications, systems and processes.
•    Responsible for updating and sharing status report to Managers and coordinators.
•    Should strive for continuous improvements and permanent solutions.
•    Manage escalation if any from Business team.
•    Should perform Project planning, estimating, tracking and reporting for small projects.
•    Regularly have meeting with Global Lupin IT Partners based out of various countries
•    Regularly have meeting with Business teams on the Incident status and Support improvements.

Work Experience

Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)

•    Minimum 10-12 years’ experience in custom platform environment like Java, DotNet, Mendix, Power app etc.
•    Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing a team. 
•    Preferred experience in handling Sprint in Scrum. 
•    Must have worked on JDK, JBPM, JAVA Spring Framework, concept of Hibernate, Angular JS, Oracle.
•    Must have used tools like SVN, CI-CD, Jenkins, Git etc.
•    Preferred knowledge of MS technologies like DotNet, Sharepoint, SAP
•    Should have hands on exposure to deploying solutions using version control management
•    Experience managing and supervising employees/contractors
•    Should be familiar with the concept of ticketing tool and SLA
•    Strong technical background in architecting solutions across various platforms.
•    Experience in both project implementation and production support.
•    Should be familiar with newer concepts like Mobility, RPA, IoT, AI, ML and should be able to propose these     solutions wherever appropriate
•    Knowledge on Computer system validation (CSV) will be highly preferred
