Manager - Infotech (DW SME)

A) Job description:-
1. To manage the daily activities of the team responsible for designing, implementation, maintenance and support of data warehouse systems and related data marts.
2. Oversees data design and the creation of database architecture and data repositories
3. To maintain the overall Business Intelligence platform required to address and support Business Reporting and Data Analytics needs at Lupin.
4. To assess Data Analytics requirement, defining the overall Data Model, Data Dictionary and Standards, designing the technical architecture, developing needed databases, cubes and ETLs, as well as developing all presentation layer components of the BI architecture.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and define appropriate solution architecture in line with overall IT strategy and systems architecture
6. Capturing and understanding analytics requirements from Internal and External teams
7. Actively participate in Unit testing, Integration Testing and UAT phase of the development.
8. Post go-live monitoring and bringing stability to the end-to-end processes.
9. Make suggestions for betterment of the processes that are already LIVE or under development.
10. Capturing and tracking analytics requirements from various teams of Lupin.
11. Evangelize Analytics adoption across various departments within Lupin.
12. Should be able to forefront Interactions with business / IT users to create / change / test analytics solutions.
 
B) Relevant work experience - 5 to 10 Years.
 
C) Education Qualification - BE / B. Tech. or MBA.
