Job Description

1. Strategic Projects & PMO Execution

• Lead and manage cross-functional strategic initiatives under the (Global Technical Operations) GTO function.
• Drive project governance, milestone tracking, and stakeholder alignment.
  Ensure timely delivery of key transformation programs with measurable outcomes.
• Support new business evaluations through supply chain due diligence.

2. Digital Supply Chain Transformation

• Lead deployment and enhancement of supply chain digital tools and platforms including SAP Kinaxis, and analytics BI dashboards.
• Serve as functional SME(Demand/Supply) for deployment of Kinaxis across new business/geographies.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement AI/ML-based predictive analytics solutions.
• Identify and pilot emerging technologies to enhance supply chain agility and responsiveness.

3. Process & Business Excellence

• Support supply chain planning orchestration for Global Sites/market – Including planning cycle execution and adherence compliance.
• Support business in mid-term planning and execution of long-term capacity planning.
• Implement and strengthen Integrated Business Planning (IBP) governance across sites/markets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across inventory management, manufacturing (in-house and external manufacturing), logistics, and warehousing etc.
• Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and root cause investigations to identify improvement opportunities.

4. Supply Chain Performance Management

• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and KPIs for supply chain functions.
• Conduct strategic evaluations and benchmarking to identify performance gaps.
• Recommend and implement corrective actions in collaboration with functional leaders.

Work Experience

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in Consumer Goods, Retail and Pharma industry
• Consulting Industry Experience will be preferential.
