Leadership and Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with the organization's mission and long-term goals to transform the neurorehabilitation landscape in India with a focus on positive patient outcomes, scalability, and profitability.
  • Effectively implement strategies to scale up operations and expand the rehabilitation center's reach.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, empowering the team to achieve their full potential in delivering scalable solutions, and implementing sales marketing and technology initiatives.
  • Create robust Real-World Data on patient outcomes of the patients treated at Atharv Ability

Operational Management:

  • Develop and implement processes and systems to optimize resource utilization, standardize operations, and enhance patient care.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive patient acquisition and increase brand awareness, working closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective campaigns for awareness, lead generation and conversion.
  • Lead the Sales team (Key account managers) to drive customer awareness, customer coverage to generate leads.
  • Drive collaboration with key hospitals, nursing homes, and NGOs.
  • Oversight and management of operations of the centers (patient flow, support staff efficiency for smooth running of the center)
  • Implement and leverage technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency, communication, and patient experience across all centers.
  • Be abreast with the latest equipment in the space to improve patient outcomes and streamline operations.
  • Engage with Equipment Suppliers: Maintain strong relationships with equipment suppliers and manufacturers. This collaboration can provide access to technical support, software updates, and prompt resolution of any technical difficulties.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, families, caregivers, healthcare professionals, community organizations etc.
  • Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders

Financial Performance:

  • Responsible for P&L of Atharv Ability across centers PAN India.

Quality and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and legal requirements.
  • Drive a culture of patient safety, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice throughout the organization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, research, and advancements to enhance the center's services and reputation.
