Job Description:
1. Must be passionate about addressing the needs of patients with chronic ailments.
2. To assess the patient’s needs and formulate a personalized care plan based on a comprehensive assessment to deliver outstanding physio care at home guided by an evidence-based care plan and ethical practices.
3. To monitor the care delivered and provide necessary Physiotherapy to facilitate better recovery to provide goal-based care for patients, resulting in better outcomes.
4. To be open to learning and implementation of the latest patterns of Rehabilitation, as it is a highly advanced Centre for Rehabilitation in cases of Neurological and Orthopedic Physiotherapy.
5. Handling a range of cases for all kinds of patient requirements in Physiotherapy under the guidance of Senior Rehabilitation Specialists.
6. Maintaining all the Records, progress Reports, Assessments of the patients.
7. To adhere to the company’s policies, procedures, Objectives, and Standards.
8. Documentation of patient’s progress, goal settings and achievements.
