Executive - Technical Training

Job Description

1.    Comply with all cGMP, GxP, or any other regulatory requirements, including EH&S requirements.
2.    Will be primarily accountable for ensuring technical training requirement and compliance, for all departments and make a training audit system ready at any point of time.
3.    Will be responsible to work and Compliance on LMS, CETMS, QAMS, SAP , eDMS and other software.
4.    Will be responsible for ensuring competency based training compliance in Quality assurance, Quality Control, Ware house, Engineering and Manufacturing (API+FML)
5.    Possess good knowledge on Regulatory guidelines. Proactively sense the change in Regulations and accordingly upgrade Training documents for all time compliance.
6.    Will create training modules on technical training topics of relevance and will be responsible to conduct GMP and Functional training to contractual workman & permanent employees. 
7.    Good Command on MS excel, Power point, word , Technical report writing etc.
8.    Actively participate in the entire flow of training activities at site viz
    -Induction training (for the technical briefings)
    -Need identification and derivation of training plan 
    -Training conduct and Training evaluation/effectiveness 
    -Feedback for trainer
    -Training Documentation and its compliance 
    -Ensuring training of the trainers and Functional Heads
9.    Will be responsible for submitting the Monthly Information System (MIS) summary of training happening at site, to corporate.
10.    Participating in Human Error Investigations in Quality assurance, Quality Control, Ware house, Engineering and Manufacturing (API+FML)
11.    Will be responsible to coordinate for the employee engagement activities (GMP Week/quiz/interesting classroom training / Periodic Assessment, other employee engagement measures like GMP talk etc.) with innovation and Problem solving skills.
