Job Description

1. Comply with all cGMP, GxP or any other regulatory requirements, including EH&S requirements.
2. Complete training on relevant SOPs and develop an understanding of the activities to be conducted prior to
undertaking any task.
3. Conduct all tasks/ activities as per the applicable SOPs. Report any difficulty or deviation in following the
procedures/instructions to immediate Supervisors/Managers.
4. Report any quality concerns or suggestions for improvements to Supervisors/Managers.
5. Reasonable for complete mechanical maintenance activities of plant.
6. Complete the training of assign job workgroup as per responsibility.
7. To maximize equipment availability by carrying out preventive maintenance as per preventive maintenance planner
and attending the breakdowns if any.
8. To ensure compliance of all the functional SOP of equipment maintenance according to cGMP guidelines.
9. Issuance of material from Stores.
10. To ensure the compliance to the safety procedure and minimize the incidents.
11. Identification of Unsafe act/ conditions and efforts towards eliminate and compliance to job safety analysis.
12. All the procedures mentioned in various EHS guidelines should be referred and followed for performing all jobs
carried out in respective area.
13. To ensure timely completion of all SOP’s related to EHS and GMP as per respective TNI in LMS.
