Relevant Experience: 15 year Field + Marketing

Job Description:
1. Lead a team of three M3 level Brand Managers
2. Manage Budgeting/ Targeting, promo, P&L, Forecasting & all its encompassed responsibility
3. Lead Brand Planning process for mandate brands
4.Drive the activities for Customer Retention and prepare a Customer Growth plan 
5. Devise and roll-out the marketing support for mandate brands
