Job Description

1. Supervise compliance to all cGMP, or any other regulatory requirements, including EHS requirements into Granulation section.
2. Complete self-training and monitor training of team members on the relevant SOPs.
3. Report any quality concerns or suggestions for improvements in granulation area to production head.
4. To ensure the implementation of Current Good Manufacturing Practices.
5. To improve instruction/documents related to production and ensure their strict implementation.
6. Enforcement and maintenance of high degree morale, discipline and technical expertise of the team.
7. To ensure the maintenance of the premises and equipment.
8. To ensure that the required initial and continuous training is being carried out for all the employees.
9. Carrying out self-inspections and review of self-inspection reports. Carrying out vendor audits/inspections as and when required.
10. Execute and supervise all tasks and activities as per the applicable SOPs.
11. To ensure that products are produced and stored according to the appropriate documentation in order to obtain the required quality.
12. To approve the procedures relating to production operations and to ensure their strict implementation.
