Job Description

1.Supervise compliance of cGMP, QAMS, GxP and any other applicable regulatory requirement, including EH&S requirements.

2.To complete self-training (L2LMS) or As per EHS Guideline and monitor training of team members on the relevant SOPs/EHS Guidelines. 

3.Report any quality concern or suggestion for improvement to managers. 

4.Execute and supervise all tasks and activities as per the applicable SOPs/EHS Guidelines 

5.To handle First Aid and emergencies arising out of accident, sickness etc 

6.To ensure smooth functioning of Occupational Health Centre and maintain records 

7.To maintain First Aid Boxes and records. 

8.Conducting Pre-employment and Periodical medical examination as applicable. 

9.Promoting Occupational Health & Hygiene practices. 

10.To Conduct periodic training program on First Aid, Personal Health & Hygiene, Canteen Hygiene, Health Counselling etc 

11.To handle community health camps as required in co-ordination with LHWRF 

12.Promote and maintain highest degree of physical, mental and social wellbeing of employees 

13.Co-ordinate with hospitals in case of accident, sickness cases etc 

14.To identify new health hazards and develop necessary medical emergency preparedness 

15.To complete self-training and ensure training of team members on relevant SOPs and EHS guidelines 

16.Any other assignments allocated with respect to OHC & Occupational Health 

17.Implementation of ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 standards at site.
