Job Description

Key Responsibilities:   

• Lead the PDL-Pithampur team, driving continuous improvement initiatives in coordination with all relevant stakeholders.

• Conduct literature searches to identify optimal synthesis routes for process and product development/improvement.

• Provide technical insights, training, and knowledge enhancement to subordinates, ensuring skill development and operational excellence.

• Ensure adherence to safe laboratory practices, maintain housekeeping standards, and promote compliance within the department.

• Oversee TNI arrangements, reviewing experiment results and associated documentation to ensure accuracy and reliability.

• Facilitate the upskilling and performance enhancement of subordinates for seamless execution of departmental activities.

• Develop strategic directions for technology advancements, aligning with ongoing and future program needs.

• Ensure timely execution and achievement of development milestones while meeting operational targets.

• Guide the team in investigation and troubleshooting of technical challenges, fostering innovative problem-solving approaches.

• Stay updated and upgrade team knowledge in cGMP/GLP regulations, ICH guidelines, and patent considerations for industry compliance.

•Oversee responsibilities related to development activities, scale-up processes, troubleshooting, usability testing, vendor validation, and documentation while mentoring the team.

•Foster smooth departmental operations, ensuring efficiency and collaboration across all functions.
