Job Description

1. To maintain cGMP records as per SOPs and to follow cGMP practices at Warehouse.
2. To ensure the cleanliness of warehouse areas and equipment as per SOPs/ EOPs and to maintain records.
3. To ensure the cleanliness of sampling/dispensing areas and equipment like vacuum cleaner, weighing balance, RLAF, pass box as per SOPs/ EOPs and to maintain records.
4. To ensure the periodic physical stock verification of Raw materials, packaging materials and consumable materials and ensure the stock is always updated.
5. To ensure the proper segregation and storage of Raw materials packaging materials and consumable materials as per storage conditions.
6. Reconcillation of materials.
7. To ensure the Cleaning and maintaining the dispensing accessories neat and clean.
8. Dispensing of Raw materials, packaging materials and consumables as per production plan.
9. Issuance of Raw Materials in SAP system.
10. Preparations for various audits conducted by Internal & External Auditors and to comply the observations within the stipulated time period.
11. To monitor the temperature, relative humidity and differential pressures.
12. Calibration and verification of weighing balances.
13. Preparation, Review and implementation of SOPs and EOPs
