Job Description

1. To ensure that warehouse is always ready for internal/external audits through GMP compliance.
2. To maintain cGMP records  to follow cGMP practices at Warehouse.
3. Receipt, storage, issuance/dispatches and reconciliation of semi-finished goods, finished goods and cell banks and to carry out the periodic physical stock verification.
4. Monitoring expiry, nearing expiry and retesting of semi-finished goods and finished goods.
5. Equipment maintenance, temperature monitoring and handling of temperature excursions.
6. To ensure timely dispatch of products.
7. Preparation of returnable, non- returnable gate passes.   
8. Handling of returned and recalled products

   11. To make the e-log entries and SAP entries.

   12.Handling, receipt & issuance of DS at warehouse

     13. Cell bank issuance at warehouse
