Long Description

The National Manager will oversee a team of 24 Regional Team Leads, providing strategic leadership and operational guidance to achieve program objectives. This role involves strategic planning, team performance monitoring, resource allocation, and fostering relationships with senior HCPs and KOLs.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Leadership:

Develop a strategic roadmap for the patient screening initiative and ensure its effective implementation.

Define measurable objectives for Regional Team Leads and evaluate their performance periodically.

Team Oversight:

Provide guidance and mentorship to Regional Team Leads to optimize their performance.

Oversee and support camp/clinic plans to ensure HCP engagement and efficient execution.

Stakeholder Management:

Build and nurture relationships with senior HCPs and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

Collaborate with Zonal Managers and National Sales Managers within the Respira Vertical for aligned operations.

Manage resources effectively, ensuring alignment with the program’s goals.

Address challenges proactively to ensure seamless program execution.

Performance Analytics:

Collaborate with the Business Executive to monitor Key Performance Metrics (KPMs) and drive continuous improvement.

Others: Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to dynamic program needs.

Work Locations: Corporate office with regular travel across regions.

 

Education

Graduation in Science
Masters in Business Administration

Work Experience

Minimum 10+ years in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with at least 5 years in a national or large team leadership role.
