• 11 – 12 years of experience in a Communications role, with a major part of it in a digital/social role
Responsibilities
• Responsible for development of a digital and social communications approach, helping maximise opportunities, keeping in mind audience reach and across all of Lupin’s platforms
• Curate effective campaign strategies; develop narratives, with hi-quality campaigns aligned to the business strategy
• Be a catalyst to driving communications globally, ensuring presence of all markets and geographies
• Drive and build an integrated communications plan for social and digital platforms, with a view to enhance trust and build engagement with relevant stakeholders
• Benchmark Lupin against best practices in the industry and develop a cohesive narrative that can elevate our narrative across all owned platforms
• Ensure that the corporate tonality is adopted for all digital engagements, ensuing its relevance to the channel as well as the content
• Have clear and defined measurement metrices for the agency with regard to delivery month on month – demonstrate the importance and ROI of digital campaigns
• Explore newer tools and formats, which can be adopted to provide better efficiencies and RoI for the business
• Create, maintain and own execution of calendar for social and digital platforms
• Manage Online Reputation Management in real-time
• Map any communication risk footprint and draw up mitigation plans
