Manager - Finance

A) Job description:-

1.Consolidate Monthly Operating Performance and perform Variance Analysis.
2. Prepare the quarterly financial results analysis for the management and help in addressing investor queries.
3. Monitor Global Sales and highlight any key trends to management on real time basis
Work with SBU Finance teams globally to improve reporting framework in line with changing management requirements.
4. Consolidate the Medium-Term Plan and identify the key focus areas based on deep data analysis.
5. Consolidate the Annual Operating Budgets for all SBUs globally and present the same to the management.
6. Provide business partnering services for Corporate Functions including tracking of spend vs budget and evaluation of new commercial proposals.
7. Work with multiple cross functional teams for preparation of the Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) of the Annual Report.
8. To provide profit estimates for advance tax payments, ETR working. Address to queries from tax team on profit changes.
9. Provide analysis on various cost lines, ratios (ROCE/ROE) 

B) Relevant work experience - 4 to 7 Years.
 
C) Education Qualification - B. Com, CA.
