Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Create and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage Full-Cycle Recruiting: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.
- Source Candidates: Utilize job boards, social networks, and other platforms to find potential candidates.
- Conduct Interviews: Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Employment Branding: Lead initiatives to enhance the company’s employment brand and attract high-quality candidates.
- Track Recruitment Metrics: Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve the hiring process.
- Ensure Positive Candidate Experience: Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Skills: Strong sourcing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.

Education
Work Experience
Experience of at least 10-12 years in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or similar roles.
A minimum experience of 4-5 years in mass hiring will be preferable.
