Support engagements related to investigations (for e.g.: suspected violation of ethics, open-source intelligence, compliance audit / monitoring), including assistance in matters pertaining to fraud risk assessment or business interruption etc

Work in accordance with the policies of the Ombudsman and follow internal guidance and procedures for conducting the investigations.

Support investigations, identify what information is needed and gather evidence required to investigate the complaint.

Identify the weakness of current control process and recommend appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness

Support the development of reports and other materials to communicate the results of investigations, including control deficiencies or weaknesses, fraud matters, root causes, and recommendations, to the management.

Write clear, accurate, concise and reasoned  reports and case summaries

Collaborate with other departments to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution

Should have 5-7 years of previous experience of working for the pharmaceutical industry or Big 4 audit firms, involving the implementation of compliance programs, and / or investigations in sales, marketing and medical practices.
