Long Description
1. Co-create the annual business strategy for the entire portfolio along with division/s responsible along with the leadership team; and provide inputs into the strategy as required.
2. Provide inputs to develop the short, as well as medium term sales strategy for the division responsible in alignment with the overall business strategy.
3. Finalize action plan to achieve set targets covering aspects such as right product mix, appropriate marketing tools, Customer Relationship Management program and sales force effectiveness.
4. Discuss and finalize sales targets / performance objectives for team members and oversee further cascade across the sales force; track adherence by carrying out periodic reviews and take corrective actions as necessary to accomplish targets.
5. Review the collections against sales on a periodic basis and drive action plans to ensure adherence to the norms established by the organization.
6. Identify scope for improvements in operational efficiencies and lead implementation of any such projects.
7. Coordinate with respective teams such as marketing, sales and BD & in-licensing team wherever required.
8. Identify gaps in sales force in terms of scientific capability required for specific products and devise a training plan for the same; measure effectiveness of training programs and propose enhancements as required.
9. Engage with Key Opinion Leaders, stakeholders and Decision makers on a regular basis to build good relationships and enhance sales. Develop IP on Listed Hospitals and Competition therein
10. Oversee compliance by team to the organization’s policies and regulatory framework.
