Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership & Business Alignment

    • Collaborate closely with business leaders to integrate people strategies with business objectives.
    • Influence organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
  • Talent Management & Development

    • Identify and drive talent development, leadership capabilities, and succession planning.
    • Support performance management: coaching leaders, managing talent reviews, and addressing under-performance. 

      Employee Engagement & Culture

      • Lead and support engagement initiatives, surveys, feedback mechanisms, and culture-building programs (e.g., R&R platform, suggestions scheme). 
      • Champion Lupin’s values: teamwork, care, integrity, entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance

    • Advise on and manage employee relations cases, conduct investigations, mediate conflicts, and ensure compliance with employment regulations. 
    • Counsel management on disciplinary processes and grievance resolution.
  • HR Policy & Process Execution

    • Review and update HR policies to reflect Lupin’s global policies and local labor laws.
    • Collaborate on policy rollouts and ensure HRIS accuracy (SAP, Employee Konnect). 
  • Analytics & Reporting

    • Monitor HR metrics—retention, training hours, engagement, headcount.
    • Provide insights for strategic decisions, budgeting, and workforce planning via MIS and analytics. 
  • Project Management & Operational Support

    • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence for large-scale initiatives (L&D, DEI, wellness).
    • Support localized HR projects—onboarding, exits, GMP compliance, audits.

Work Experience

8 to 10 years of HRBP experiance. Preferbally from Pharma background.
