Senior Executive - Strategic Manufacturing Projects

Job Description

Role Objective

• Coordinate API CIP projects to ensure timely commercialization

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Develop and track project plans, timelines, and milestones
• Monitor dependencies and ensure timely closure of action items
• Control scope, timelines, and priorities
• Work within regulated API environments (USFDA, EU, WHO)

Risk & Escalation

• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and deviations.
• Propose mitigation plans and escalate critical issues with data

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with R&D, Manufacturing, QA, QC, RA, Engineering, SCM, and Procurement
• Act as single point of contact for assigned projects

Communication & Reporting

• Prepare MIS, dashboards, reports, presentations, and MOMs
• Maintain compliant project documentation
• Use MS Excel, PowerPoint etc. for tracking, presentation and analysis

Leadership & Ownership

• Take ownership of assigned projects and deliverables
• Demonstrate accountability and commitment

Work Experience

4–8 years in API project management, technical operations or manufacturing

Project Management Certification will be considered an added advantage.
