Job Description

- Comply with all cGMP, GxP, or any other regulatory requirements, including EH &S requirements
- Complete training on relevant SOPs and develop an understanding of the activities to be conduct prior to undertaking any task
- Conduct all tasks/ activities as per the applicable SOPs. Reports any difficulty or deviation in following the procedures/ instructions to immediate Supervisor/ Managers
- Report any quality concerns or suggestions for improvements to Supervisor/ Managers
- To be primary responsible for creation of offering, monitoring the daily compliance in L2LMS (Learning Management System)
- To play role of Catalog Administrator, Content Administrator, People Administrator, HR Administrator, System Administrator, Instructor desk in L2LMS (Learning Management System)
- To contribute in preparing the training curriculum for different sections of the workforce at site

- To maintain training matrix & ensure effective implementation of the new training model
- Accountable for Technical Training documentation compliance, for all departments at site & to make training documentation audit ready at any point of time
- To deliver training to new & existing contractual employees/ new joiners/ existing employees on various technical topics related to all function and track progress of each new employee
- Ensuring completed training documents are recorded in SABA
- To provide feed-back on training happenings to various coordination & when required
- Routinely reporting necessary escalation and training progress to Site Training Coordinators
- Involve in designing and development of training content, job aids and work specific SOPs
- Ensure Functional & GMP training Planner Compliance at Site
- To ensure timely completion of all SOP training in their respective department on event of any revision in SOPs or periodically as a part of refresher training
- Responsible to plan, manage and update training records for the Contractual Staff through CETMS (Contract Employees Training Management System)
