A) Job description: -
1. Driving institution wide and customized interventions centrally / at locations
2. Must be able to drive training programs. (build content & deliver the programs)
3. Must be able to meet and interact with stakeholders to understand training needs.
4. Drive induction program.
5. Must leverage technology/ digitize learning to scale up the reach of learning interventions.
6. Creating a branding for various initiatives through communication and Journals.
7. Participating in Awards and Contests for external recognition.
8. Must have facilitated training programs for junior level and middle managers.

B) Relevant work experience - 10 to 12 Years.

C) Education Qualification - MBA HR with Certifications preferred.
